Northern Migrant Resource Centre

The Supported Access Pilot Project (SAPP) is a Department of Human Services (DHS) funded

initiative to provide additional support to Home AND Community Care (HACC) eligible people

from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.

The SMRC aims to target the CALD population in the northern region to access services, by

assisting and supporting them navigate the services system.
