“Settling in Australia ; Sudanese Community” is a DVD presentation targeting newly arrived South Sudanese refugee families arriving in large numbers in Victoria . The DVD offers information that allows the new refugee entrants to learn about key settlement issues by comparing systems and lifestyles between South Sudan and Australia . The visual package shifts away from traditional settlement information tools that rely on reading documents in hard copy. The DVD incorporates interactive multi-media tools such as film clips and high quality local images aimed at engaging the viewer.
